5 Year Limited Warranty for Artificial Christmas Tree

Puleo International Inc. warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as outlined below:

1. For a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, Puleo International Inc. will replace defective parts on the product at no charge. Customer is responsible for Shipping and Handling.
2. This limited warranty applies to all components of the product.
3. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or normal wear.

To obtain warranty service you must notify Puleo International, Inc. by mail of the nature and description of the defect. Please enclose a copy of the original sales receipt.

Replacement as provided by the warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer and does not place Puleo International Inc. liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

2 Year Limited Warranty for Christmas Lights

Puleo International Inc. warrants the Light Set against defects in material or workmanship as outlined below:

1. For a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Puleo International Inc. will replace defective parts on the light set at no charge. Customer is responsible for Shipping and Handling.
2. The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or normal wear.
